To meet the ever growing and complex regulatory and supervisory requirements in Switzerland and Europe, Altrafin started very early to proactively create the appropriate legal and corporate structures.

The shareholders of Altrafin are the founders and, as a strategic shareholder, the Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino. Since 2008, Altrafin has held a FINMA licence as a asset manager of collective assets under Art. 24 FinIA.
